Surprise!!!! Really, Surprise, Arizona

First, happy Pioneer Day on this 161st anniversary! The move I describe here shrinks into insignificance when I ponder the enduring sacrifice of those early Saints who gave up everything to keep our faith and the restored gospel of Jesus Christ alive. We have so much to be thankful for! The move we felt prompted to make is almost complete with the sale of our home pending in two weeks that we listed mid-June, and an offer accepted on the home directly across the street from Mandy's parents (yes, really!) that would be ours at the end of August--and we have to tell you that Tami Ellsworth in the Phoenix area is an incredible realtor!!! So helpful and attentive, and few others could have represnted us any better and negotiated our offer like she did!!! We'd recommend her in every way for anyone looking in Phoenix. Here's the MLS listing 3027053 (for as long as the link lasts) of the home we're moving to. Terrible photographer for the new home, but I posted the best two pictures (yes, the others were of the side alleys, of all places). We're very excited, very busy, and sad at the same time saying goodbye to all our friends we've made here in Tucson over the last eight years. All our electronic contact information remains the same if you want to reach us. I should also mention that IBM is so great to accomodate me working from home away from Tucson now. I really could never have made this move without the help of the great managers and co-workers I have there. To all our friends in Tucson, we hope we can stay in touch with many of you, and we welcome your visits if you ever make it up as far as Surprise, Arizona. (By the way, if you link to the map below and you're using the "street view", it's a little off and you have to go further west down the street, looking on the south side to find our new home. The home opposite it has a Toyota Sienna on the street--Neil's van... hm, that's a surprise! :-) ... and a Ford Taurus in the driveway--being this close it's a darn good thing we love the Sharp's!)
